Tuna & spinach pasta bake

Ingredients

- Tinned tuna chunks (145g tin)2
- Penne / fusilli400g
- Frozen chopped spinach200g
- Passata500g
- Soft cheese140g
- Mozzarella ball125g
Plus salt and pepper. About £3.99 for the amounts used.
Method

Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan, gas 6).

Cook 400g pasta for 2 minutes less than the pack says, then drain.

Defrost 200g frozen spinach and squeeze out the water. Mix with 140g soft cheese and 2 drained tins tuna.
- 4
Mix the pasta with the tuna mixture and 500g passata, season and tip into a baking dish.

Top with 125g torn mozzarella and bake for 20 minutes until bubbling.
