Ingredients

- Pork sausages (8 pack)6
- Brown onions100g
- Mixed peppers (3 pack)1
- Garlic (4 bulbs, approx 40 cloves)2
- Passata500g
- Penne / fusilli400g
Plus salt and pepper. About £2.74 for the amounts used.
Method

Squeeze the meat out of 6 sausages and fry in a large pan, breaking it up, for 8 minutes until browned.

Add 1 chopped onion, 1 sliced pepper and 2 crushed garlic cloves and cook for 5 minutes.

Add 500g passata and simmer for 10 minutes, then season.

Cook 400g pasta following the pack, drain and stir into the sauce.
